Let’s talk flower budget. I know it will be at the forefront of your mind.

We offer a bespoke service, therefore we don’t have a set-price list.

Typically our couples spend between £1000-£5000 on their wedding flowers. We do have a minimum order of £800 raising to £1000 from June- August.

No matter what your budget is it is good to have one in mind.  Think about how important flowers are to you.  They may not be your thing or they may be the one thing you want to bring your big day to life.

Everyone’s budget is different, as a rule of thumb it’s suggested you account between 10-15% of your total budget for flowers.  If you are looking for that wow ‘Rock my Wedding’ vibe I would suggest 25%. Typically my couples spend between £1500-5000 some more and some less.  I don’t think there is an average.  It’s individual.

The following is a rough guide and accounts for key and popular items.

UNDER £800

This will allow for a bridal bouquet, 3/4 bridesmaids bouquets as well as buttonholes for the Groom and Groomsmen. If you are having an intimate wedding it will account for a few small table arrangements such as bud vases and Jam Jars. If the Brides and Grooms party is small it could also account for a large vase/urn arrangement

Depending on the size of the bridal party, this will cover all bridal and grooms flowers and also allow for some table decorations.  I would suggest small arrangements such as bud vases and jam jars.  As a grouped selection they can create a big impact.

Instead of table decorations, you could go for a larger feature such as an arch or small hanging installation.

If again you have a smaller bridal party this could account for the feature element and a reception installation.  You could then think about candles for the tables.

This would cover the brides/grooms flowers as well as a feature element at the ceremony and reception.  It would also cover small table arrangements.

Or if you decided on one feature arrangement you could then have larger table decorations.

This price range fits in with our typical full wedding service.  It will include all bridal/grooms party flowers, a ceremony feature and an installation at the venue, as well as table arrangments.

This would depend on what and how many installations you’re looking for.  For example, if you’re looking for multiple clouds it will cost more.

With this budget, we’re looking at all of the above  + another large impact piece, such as an aisle of meadows or large urn arrangements.

Every wedding is different, that’s why we don’t have a set-price list.  It’s almost impossible to account for every variable.  However, I hope this gives you a good idea of what you can expect from me, this is purely a guide.

I haven’t included a lot of smaller items I get asked to do such as flower crowns and cake toppers.  Prices can vary depending on the number of flowers used and what time of year you get married.  Prices shoot up around Valentine’s, Mother’s Day and Christmas.  Premium blooms such as peonies or David Austin Roses are much more expensive.

It is also important to be aware of labour charges. Each venue has different rules regarding setting up and packing down.  This has an impact on cost.  Some venue’s need to turn the room around for the next day, meaning we would need to pack down at midnight, this comes at a premium charge.

We are super excited to be working with you and providing the floral design for your big day.  We are always happy to offer alternative solutions so you’re getting the most from your money and create the biggest impact on the day.
